today start workin aftr 5days CNY off. thr's a new parttimer, Selvam. whn 1st saw him, kinda dislike him. i ask othr kakak, dey said he started work during my off days. well, i tot oni me dun like him, bt it seems dat othrs dun like him as well, based on wat i've heard frm dem. i'll tel u y we dun like him:
1) he order us to do smth, like he's da boss (even tho we work thr longer than him)
2) da way he talk to us or ask us smth, like he's da boss
3) he nvr smile (well evry1 noe dat it's compulsory to smile if u're workin in service line)
4) he likes to folo ppl around, like so busybody, bt duno anyth
5) he likes to do a job halfway, den leave it n let othr ppl finish it for him
6) he owas make irritating sound wit throat (whn supervisor ask him wheta is he sore throat, he say no..den y da hell is he doin those irritating sound all da time?! to irritate n annoy ppl??)
7) he din even open his mouth to ask if he duno hw to do smth (resulting, all da cutleries hampalang mixed togeta, da table settin all wrong, glass put in wrong rack, cutleries oso cincai wipe n stil vry dirty)
8) since he din do his job, so othr ppl do it for him. n whn othr ppl do it for him, he complain pulak. (say we geram onot la?!?!)
well, dis is wat i've observed n oso heard frm othr staffs. u'll feel like wana strangle him whn workin wit him. arghhh!!!
oh ya, thr's smth wrong wit dat Juliana. hmm..weird..very weird..
