today i received my very 1st comment card frm a 'mat salleh' couple. i din expect it all. at 1st, bang Hafidz ask me to take iced lychee n serve it to da couple thr. dey smile to me n say thank u. den Hafidz said i must serve iced lychee wit dessert spoon, so i brin a spoon for da lady. she smile n say thank u. den, i take 2 iced water n serve to dem. dey say thank u n smile again. den i go kitchen n pickup their order which is penang kuay teow n chicken satay, kuay teow is da guy 1, satay is da lady 1. den da lady ask me wat is dat white cube thg, i told her it's made frm rice, called cube rice. she say "ahhh.." nod her head n say thank u.
aftr dat, i stand aside. while watchin dem frm far, my mind was thinkin, dis couple very nice, maybe i shud go over n introduce myself n ask dem to leave a gud comments for me. well, aftr i spoke to dem, dey agreed to write me a card. it was 5+pm ady, my dinner time. bt im willing to wait cz i scared dey pass da card to other ppl. whn dey done their meal, dey look for me n ask for bill. so i brin it to dem, den da guy said, "Thank you, Sarah. cn i hv ur pen to write da card?" haha..of cos can la. whn dey left, i went to collect da card, my heart was beatin fast as i open it n read:
eh..i tot onion supposed to be raw whn served wit satay? canot blame dem la, mat salleh 1st time eat our local food.
"service was very good, timely and courteous. served by Sarah and one other person". wow! cant bliv i was smiling by myself dat time. haha..well, im satisfied. at least it's worth to sacrifice my dinner time. i submit da card to my supervisor. so i went to dinner alone, cz KaiLi, Susan, MunYee all off today. T__T
P/S: nex time, i'll target mat salleh again. cz dey're alot nicer than da locals who were vry fussy. wat if dey bomb me in da card den nt gud la..rite?? haha..=P
